AI Guardian Eye & Eyelid Segmentation
As a dual InnoServe 2025 finalist, Team developed an AI-driven telehealth app and an eyelid-detection system, showcasing professional expertise in medical computer vision and full-stack integration.
01. OVERVIEW
In the 2025 InnoServe Awards, the most prestigious information services competition in Taiwan, I achieved the rare distinction of becoming a dual finalist with two interconnected medical technology projects.
Our participation culminated in winning the Best Popularity Award, a testament to the projects' real-world impact and user-centric design. Furthermore, we received high praise from the jury for the exceptional technical readiness and execution of our solutions. The judges highlighted that our ability to deliver fully functional, high-fidelity prototypes demonstrated a level of professional excellence ready for industry application.

Extreme Time Constraints and Resource Scarcity
The final development phase coincided with midterm exams, leaving only two weeks to prepare. This pressure was compounded by the fact that I was the sole developer responsible for delivering two separate, high-quality competition demos simultaneously.
